Boring breakfast options like scrambled eggs or oatmeal can be diversified by adding additional ingredients. “Kitchen in the District” brand chief Maxim Kuznetsov told socialbites.ca about this.

According to Kuznetsov, breakfast should be nutritious enough to provide an energy boost for a long time. Therefore, it makes sense to prepare an English breakfast consisting of fried eggs, hash browns, sausage and bacon, beans and vegetables.

“This dish was specially invented for workers for whom it is important to maintain strength for a long time. “English breakfast is known for its rich composition and high protein, fat and carbohydrate content,” explained the chef.

For those who prefer to eat oatmeal for breakfast, Kuznetsov recommended adding pears to the porridge.

“Mix oatmeal with pears, add cinnamon and a little honey or maple syrup, and bake in the oven until golden brown,” the chef advised.

He also stated that a breakfast consisting of quinoa and fried eggs would be delicious and nutritious.

“You can place the veggie-filled quinoa directly into the pan and add eggs to the indentations for a more interesting presentation. This dish combines protein-rich quinoa and eggs,” said Kuznetsov.
