Kuban winery Chateau le Grand Vostock celebrated its 20th anniversary at the Smirnov House estate in Moscow. This was reported by a socialbites.ca correspondent.

At the celebration, the new products of the winery, which has changed since its acquisition by Mistral Alco, were presented to the guests in a theatrical performance format that turned into an interactive dinner. Guests tasted white and red wines from the premium range of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc grape varieties, as well as semi-sweet rose wine.

Chateau le Grand Vostock winery was founded in 2004 – it was the first of those who later transferred French ideas and technologies to Russian lands. The vineyards were planted near the Sadovoye farm near Anapa.

After the arrival of new owners in 2019, the winery was rebuilt, French oak and acacia barrels were purchased to age the wines. According to company employees, cooperation with French wine experts was resumed, which continues today.
