There is no point in putting greenhouses in the cadastral register because of the strong financial costs for summer residents. This has been reported DEA Real Estate.
Stepan Khantimirov, a lawyer at law firm Asterisk, argues that most country greenhouses are not real estate and do not require registration of ownership. In the Moscow region, only a few cases of greenhouses are known, which were put in the cadastral register.
However, other laws apply to greenhouses built by entrepreneurs. Such objects are mostly full-fledged structures at the base and may in principle be subject to registration.
“But this measure is unnecessary and only imposes financial costs on the summer resident, because after registering the property right, he will have to pay property tax,” said the expert.
But the Rosreestr press service emphasized that, despite the voluntary procedure, it is still recommended to register such real estate.
“Only registered property can be sold, donated, mortgaged or inherited. In addition, from the moment of registration, the owners have the means to protect their property, including the actions of scammers.
