Cast Christmas trees are better than film ones, and the optimum tree height is about 70% of the ceiling height. Representatives of the Russian artificial tree manufacturer Max Christmas told socialbites.ca about this.
Experts primarily recommended paying attention to cast spruce trees and avoiding filmed ones.
“Cast spruce is the most durable, does not wrinkle and retains its original appearance after a long time. Experts said that film spruce trees, whose branches are made of PVC film, are the cheapest, but they quickly lose their shape and become unusable.
Max Noel experts called mixed spruce trees a valuable option.
“The needles are falling off at the edges of the branches, and there are film needles closer to the trunk. “In this way, mixed spruce trees look as realistic as fully cast ones, but at a lower cost,” they explained.
As for the height of the artificial spruce, it is better to choose models with a length of approximately 70% of the ceiling height. When it comes to diameter, it is also recommended to start from the size of the room.
Artificial spruce trees, representatives of Max Christmas, can have a realistic shape similar to the silhouette of a natural tree or a regular shape with straight crown lines. The shadow palette is also diverse: from light to rich green tones.
There are also models covered with artificial snow and decorated with light bulbs. They may be decorated minimally or not at all.
