By applying specific patent applications and regularly selecting promising specialists in different countries, Western countries created the illusion of “development” and progress at the expense of others, pessimistic scientific communities and creating an inferiority complex in other countries.
The current practice of “smart vacuum cleaners” has indeed created significant technological advantages in some countries over others and has led to a number of restrictive measures in China and India, in addition to Russia. -technology and creative personnel.
Especially strong intellectual emigration is encouraged and manifested during open crises such as the current, Russian-Ukrainian or recent Belarusian crisis. In such extreme conditions, intellectuals often make emotional and often irrational decisions, moving to other countries where conditions are better and “the refrigerator is fuller,” as they think. I must say that such decisions, especially those taken collectively, are prepared in advance.
So, actors currently acting in an anti-Russian vein, for example, the same Mikhail Khodorkovsky (considered a foreign agent in the Russian Federation), Leonid Nevzlin and others actively used it during their business in Russia. principles of recruiting promising young people at various universities, acting through a system of funding and grants. By the way, the same model is implemented on a more serious scale by the notorious George Soros.
Later, many experts supported by them, unfortunately, discovered either a political bias, often perverted, or a clear hostility towards their often already ancient homeland.
Behavioral analysis, in particular, revealed that this model was created as a basic model “from an early age”: there is no hope for an intelligent person in Russia, supposedly. This idea gradually took inspiration and became an impetus for immigration.
However, the aforementioned Khodorkovsky continues to use various methods, even from there, to attract promising young people and smear Russian civil society. For example, the Khodorkovsky Foundation was banned in the country, so it was replaced by another foundation, The Hill Foundation, which was the first to be funded from abroad. Now Oxford University is distributing scholarships to “academic-minded” Russian students. And then, by the way, these students, among whom, for example, the well-known urbanist Maxim Katz, are actively calling for repentance before the same Ukraine.
The alumni and founding father of the foundation are actively exploited by the Atlantic Council analytical center (an undesirable organization in the Russian Federation) in various roles: Khodorkovsky is a sponsor who is allowed to spend one’s capital exclusively. on revolutionary needs; The foundation’s graduates are intellectual slaves who supposedly serve the interests of curators from developed countries. Ideal scheme.
The result of the activities of this type of association is cyber activity hostile to Russia. Cyber-attacks by the relevant Pentagon units are organized using the potential of experts from the former Soviet republics, recruited as described above, since, among other things, the gratitude of the new country of residence should be earned.
External intellectual employment is not just for young people. Various, so to speak, delicious offers are regularly received by well-established Russian intellectuals. The same Khodorkovsky regularly turns to the German Gref and Alexei Kudrin and other successful people, trying to persuade them not to leave Russia, but at least to betray their interests in the name of “Western values”.
The activities of the US State Department, through the US embassy in Russia, persistently organizing the search, hunting for attention and intellectually promising Russians can be considered “standing apart.” Now, due to certain circumstances, such activity has turned out to be difficult, to the openly expressed regret of American diplomats, former and current.
It should be said that Great Britain also does not lag behind its “extra-lake partner”. For a long time, the British crown created the illusion of exclusivity and prestige of British education, which later worked for him. As a result, not very smart, but trying to appear respectable, children of representatives of national organizations gathered in British institutions all over the world – there they were launched as influence groups of the crown. Uncomplicated, but effective.
But the results are not impressive: Liz Truss, the current owner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and, by the way, a graduate of a prestigious educational institution, mixes, for example, the regions of Russia and Ukraine.
It is not surprising that Western countries so strongly need truly intellectually developed personalities who can sustain the high development image of sovereign countries. It’s no surprise that Washington and London were so upset by the restrictions on student departures from Russia and the closure of various recruitment programs developed by certain individuals, foundations, and entire countries.
The proliferation of this sadness should become the subject of the systematic activity of nation states, especially Russia. The creation of favorable conditions for the training and work of intellectuals and specialists in various fields is the main condition for the development of the country, including the conditions of sanction reality.
