Actress Gwyneth Paltrow recalled her relationship with colleague Matthew Perry. By star quoted daily mailThey met the Friends star at the 1993 festival.
“I remember him as very funny, very sweet and very fun to be around. We went swimming in a stream, drank beer at a local bar, and kissed in a field of tall grass. “It was a magical summer,” Paltrow said.
He stated that he and Perry played together in several performances at the festival. According to the artist, it was very easy for him to communicate with Perry because of his sense of humor. Paltrow recalled that the artist had already starred in the pilot episode of Friends at the time, but the series had not yet aired.
“He was nervous, hoping his big break would come soon. And it was. We remained friends for a while until we broke up, but I was always happy when I saw him. “I am very sad today, like most of us,” the artist concluded.
Matthew Perry passed away on October 29. The actor is known for his role as Chandler Bing on the TV series Friends, which aired from 1994 to 2004 and appeared in all 234 episodes. He has been nominated several times for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Actor (Friends) and won the award once.
