Blogger Katya Adushkina, in an interview with socialbites.ca, explained why it is customary in Russia to criticize the stars of social networks. According to the girl, many people have no idea how difficult it is to gain popularity.

“Bloggers are often presented as millionaires living the good life doing nothing. “In fact, this is far from the case and there is often a lot of work hidden behind that beautiful picture that everyone sees,” he explained.

Adushkina added that she does not consider criticism of bloggers as a bad thing. The girl believes that any attention, even with a minus sign, benefits her and her colleagues in one way or another:

“It’s a good thing bloggers are hated now, because at least they’re perceived. Everyone gets angry and asks, “Why do we need bloggers?” I remember very well when he said and called them “worthless”. And now bloggers are absolutely everywhere. “We are recognized, they see our impact on the public, and that is the most important thing to me.”
