Kardashian, 44, wore a baggy gray tracksuit, while Barker, 47, wore black jeans, a printed hoodie and a white T-shirt. As the journalists of the broadcast noted, the reality TV star looked gloomy and sad.
The two were spotted outside the hospital the day after Blink-182 announced that Travis Barker had canceled his European tour due to family issues.
“Due to urgent family matters, Travis had to return home to America. Concerts in Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin have been postponed. “More information about her return to Europe and the rescheduled shows will be available as they become available,” the group said in a statement on social media.
