Videos of nose makeup application went viral on social media. Blogger Mei Pang published one of these in her own book TikTok account.
Makeup called “scribble makeup”. It is created by applying eye shadow to the nose and then powdering it, which leaves abstract prints. The creators create holistic images, focusing on the shape created by their own nasal folds.
The idea came from makeup artist Mei Pang. Mei, who shared a video with over 10 million views on her TikTok account earlier this month, said she was experimenting on nose wrinkles.
“Don’t ask me why I’m doing this; I think I have a creative hurdle,” the blogger wrote ironically.
In the video, Mei applied pink, orange, and yellow eyeshadow pigments to the bridge of her nose, then scratched her nose while applying white powder on top. Some users in the comments compared the final result to spots on the cat’s fur.
Kanye West’s ex changed showed the image and the result.
