A marble mausoleum was built in the garden of the villa, where the remains of a politician are buried.

It is expected that recordings of Berlusconi’s speeches will be played in the corridors of the villa, and the documentary Il fiume della libertà, shot in 2013, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Forza Italia party, in one of the rooms.
