Couriers want bonuses on their paychecks for wearing a corporate uniform. This was learned from a study by the Analytical Center Console.

“Every second courier partner of a popular company is confident that they should receive a bonus of up to 25,000 rubles per month for wearing a branded uniform or company symbols,” say analysts.

The vast majority (77%) of the couriers surveyed wear or have previously worn a branded company uniform. At the same time, 35% of the couriers surveyed believe that wearing the corporate uniform requires following the strict rules of the partner company.

“One in five couriers (18%) in branded clothing feel like an official representative of the company and note the close attention of others. The same number of couriers noticed that the form affects the attitude of customers towards them – buyers are often more demanding towards couriers in uniform, ”says the study.

Couriers expect additional payment to wear corporate uniforms. “Every second (48%) would have 20% of their monthly income. At the same time, almost a third (29%) of couriers demanded a fair wage from 90,000 to 120,000 rubles for a delivery person in large Russian cities, ”says the study.
