King of Great Britain III. Charles refused a long-term lease on a house in Wales that has been in use for over 15 years. It has been reported Sun.

As confirmed by Buckingham Palace, the monarch has informed the Duchy of the expiration of the lease, which was due to expire this year. According to The Telegraph sources, he refused the house because he was unlikely to spend time there.

Charles’ heir, William, the new Prince of Wales, will not inherit this habitat. He will stay in hotels to support the local economy while visiting Wales.

The Lvinilermod property was purchased by the Duchy of Wales for Prince Charles for £1.2m in 2007, after spending 40 years searching for suitable accommodation in Wales. It is located on the territory of an old farm and is surrounded by about 77 hectares of land.

It is assumed that this property will be leased to private persons for commercial purposes after the termination of the long-term lease by the king.

Previously reportedthat animal rights activists stole three lambs from Charles III’s house.
