Belgian Queen Mathilde and her youngest daughter, 15-year-old Princess Eleanor, made it to the finals of the vocal competition held at the Flagley Concert Hall in Brussels. It has been reported daily mail.

For the evening, the 50-year-old queen chose a loose, bright yellow dress with a neck-length cape and feather decor.

Her daughter also wore a light yellow dress – but a softer shade and floral print. In this outfit, Princess Eleanor has already appeared in public – in September last year, she chose it for the wedding of her uncle, Queen Mathilde’s brother, Charles-Henri d’Hudekhem d’Acos. As Princess Eleanor previously only wore flat shoes due to her young age, she paired the dress with beige low-heeled shoes, the first time she wore such shoes in public.

The Queen Mathilde Vocal Competition was held at the Brussels Fine Arts Center for three days – classical music artists performed together with the La Monnaie Symphony Orchestra. This is one of the most prestigious competitions for young musicians. In addition to vocalists, competitions are also held for violinists, pianists and cellists.

This year, 22-year-old Asian Taehan Kim won the vocal competition, which was founded in 1988 for the first time.

Previously reportedIn April, a new portrait of Princess Eleanor was released in honor of her 15th birthday.
