Last Wednesday, May 24, the royal couple attended the grand opening of the Coronation Garden in Newtownabbe, created in honor of Elizabeth II’s son’s accession to the British throne. The King and Queen of Great Britain were welcomed by the famous landscape designer Diarmuid Gavin, who designed the garden, as well as County Antrim’s first persons, schoolchildren and locals.
