A group of photos by Margaret Saul, Elizabeth II’s physiotherapist, show two-year-old Prince Charles in a canvas jumpsuit in the garden of his royal residence, Clarence House. The photos show their toys – especially a plush elephant on wheels. Also in one of the cards II. Elizabeth’s first child, two years old, is accompanied by a corgi dog.

Another set of photos shows Prince Andrew apparently just after birth, with baby Queen Queen II. It is shown being held in her arms by Elizabeth’s midwife, Sister Helen Rowe. Based on this, it is assumed that the photos were taken at Buckingham Palace, where the Queen’s son was born in February 1960.

The photos are currently at the Willingham auction house and will be up for auction soon.
