Little Pipe Cay is one of the 365 islands of the Exuma archipelago. The exotic island is set on 16 hectares of land and has lush forests and crystal clear waters, which locals call “Bombay Sapphire Blue”. There are four guesthouses on the island with a total of 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The largest house has a large swimming pool, gym and spa. Guests of the island can also make use of the helipad and deep-sea pier where superyachts can fit.
Colin Lightbourne, license partner of Engel & Völkers Bahamas, noted that “the island has been left in its most natural state and is home to many exotic plants and wildlife.”
