Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis hope the lawsuit brought by their ex-nanny who made sensational statements about the ex-spouses’ separation will be reconsidered. writes about it Page Six.
In the documents, the ex-spouses allege that Erica Genaro’s wrongful termination lawsuit was filed in error in California. Sudeikis and Wild hope that the California case will be dropped directly so they can settle the matter in New York.
“Unfortunately, this particular issue continues to be discussed in the press. Our primary concern has been and will continue to be the unwavering protection of our family in the face of all forms of persecution. “We are confident that the evidence presented will support our position to reject this case and bring peace to our family.”
In February 2023, Genaro stated that he fired her after the couple requested three days off due to their divorce. The nanny worked for the couple from 2018 to 2021 and is now seeking compensation, attorney’s fees and litigation costs.
After filing the lawsuit, Wilde and Sudeikis stated that they did not fire Genaro, but that he himself quit.
