How to book a changing room in Zara
To get started you need Download and install the Zara app on your mobile device. The app is available on the App Store for iOS users and Google Play for Android users. Once installed, open the app and create an account or log in with your data if you already have it.
After logging in, you will be on the main screen of the application. It’s written at the top right. “shop mode”. Click there and it will show you the nearest store to your location. Select the desired tester and click ‘Book Tester’. Then the app will show you a QR code if the store staff asks you to, but if the locker room shows as ‘Available now’, 3 minutes to go to your reservation. On the contrary, if it tells you that there is a waiting period, it will let you know when you can start using it.
