In the Maldives, in the resort town of Soneva Fushi, wedding celebrations were held with the participation of the spouses themselves and their five children. Photos from the family affair of 47-year-old Jamie Oliver were posted on social networks.

In a light blue suit, a bright white shirt, and a rose buttonhole, the chef pledged his loyalty to his 48-year-old wife for the second time. The “bride” wore a white off-the-shoulder dress.

“Good morning everyone, Jules and I are remarried! Yes, after 23 years together, we thought we should hold a special event and pledge our loyalty again before our kids start leaving home,” the chef explained.

He admitted that the holiday was truly extraordinary, joyful and romantic, and that the words spoken at the ceremony were more meaningful than before. Jamie Oliver added that he and his wife have always dreamed of going to the Maldives and the trip turned out to be exactly as they had imagined.

Jamie Oliver and his wife Jules have been together since the age of 18 and got married in 2000. They have five children – Poppy Hanni, 20, Daisy Boo, 19, Petal Blossom, 13, Buddy Bear, 12, and River Rocket, 6.
