Valiev added that restaurants using local ingredients in the author’s performance are gaining popularity in Russian regions.
“Ochpochmaki with broth became a bestseller in one of our boiler establishments. In Samara, during the festival of local cuisine “Volga Seasons”, we prepared a separate menu with river fish caught in the Volga and ingredients grown within a radius of 50 km from the city.
