At the gates of 28M elections, Ana Rosa Quintana interviewed again Isabel Diaz Ayuso on the set of his show. The head of the Community of Madrid, who joined Telecinco magazine last November, chatted with the journalist about the current political situation and had the opportunity to talk about his beginnings in the working world.
“Sánchez says we’re friends of the rich, the rich, they don’t know what it’s like to have a bad day for a single day of their life when he’s the one who comes from living life that way,” said Popular Politics, which caused Ana Rosa to ask him a question: “Did you have a bad time?”
Ayuso replied with a firm “yes” that the journalist wanted to deepen: “Economically?”. “Yes. I’m a journalist,” Ayuso remembered with a laugh, then expanded on his answer: “I left home paying 600 euros for a room for 400 people”.
“My family was from the middle class of Madrid, who had a concert in the neighborhood and spent my summers in town,” Ayuso said before rerouting his speech. “I’ve never had any shortcomings, I’m aware that there are people who have gone through much worse times”.
“I had a very good life, but when I was looking for a life on my own, separate from everything else, and building my own future, I had bad times. A lot.”In his conversation with Ana Rosa, he reassured her.
