Pizza Hut restaurants in Japan will serve dinner with a pizza called “Too Much Cilantro” topped with this spicy herb. These release reports Japan Times.
Pizza with a layer of fresh coriander on it is supposed to appeal to Generation Z, which is said to be popular with this type of greens.
Besides cilantro, the pizza is topped with shrimp, tomato sauce, and yangneom, a spicy sweet and sour sauce used in Korean cuisine to make fried chicken pieces. According to the network, this flavor combination will make you “appreciate the charm of coriander.”
The restaurant chain Too Much Cilantro Pizza’s new slogan says it’s always more than you can imagine.
Those who dine at Japanese restaurants will be able to sample the dish sprinkled with cilantro from April 9.
