Kate Middleton held a roundtable with representatives from NatWest, Unilever, IKEA Aviva, Co-op, Lego and Iceland to discuss issues related to supporting young children. Prince William’s wife came to the meeting with businessmen in an elegant business suit: the princess was dressed in dress pants and a white jacket from Alexander McQueen, with whom she had previously appeared on tour in Jamaica last year.
The Princess of Wales urged company leaders to create suitable working conditions for parents of young children.
“It is important to find new ways to adapt to the workplace, especially since many employees are parents or guardians of young children. And as we all know, the well-being of adults is the most important factor in the healthy development of children, ”explained Kate Middleton.
