Retroware has announced a beat ’em up game called Toxic Crusaders, based on the 1991 animated series of the same name. The developers have already shown the first trailer and revealed the details.
“When the evil Dr. Kilemff attacks, only one team of horribly deformed beings of superhuman size and strength stand between him and his global pollution plans – the Toxic Crusaders, who are the last hope for survival.”says the description.
Gamers can choose from seven characters at a time, each of which has a unique set of moves and functions. You can play alone or with friends in co-op. While passing, gamers are waiting for seven levels in which they must overcome the terrible mutated creatures.
Visually, the project is made in a pixel style and resembles Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge.
On Steam, Toxic Crusaders is already on the wishlist. The release is scheduled for this year. The boycott of the neural network has completely failed – Stable Diffusion can generate high-quality naked anime girls.
