Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, spoke at the BetterUp summit in San Francisco with his colleagues, including the venture’s CEO, Alexi Robichaux. It has been reported daily mail.

While on stage, Prince Harry added a side note to Robichaux’s call to “think of work as a playground” and “engage enthusiasm in the workplace”. The Duke of Sussex said: “I personally get a lot out of helping people. That’s what gets me out of bed every morning.”

It was noted that Prince Harry’s statements during the 30-minute session were generally neutral and calm. Since the show coincided with International Women’s Day, she talked about the women in her life.

“I’ve been lucky all my life to be surrounded by strong, strong, confident women. I would like more women to take higher leadership positions. Less testosterone indoors – I think that’s fine,” said the Duke of Sussex.

In his words, Prince Harry also launched products from BetterUp, a startup that practices lifestyle coaching. He said he offered to download the app to his employees at Archewell and that he “sees with his own eyes what coaching does.”

Prince Harry includes With BetterUp since 2021.
