Charles III’s wife, Camilla, appeared on the British television show Antiques Roadshow. writes about it daily mail.
Filming for the Antiques program was held last September by Queen Elizabeth II. It took place in Cornwall shortly before Elizabeth’s death.
In Sunday’s edition of the programme, the royal looked at antiques brought in by the locals. In return, Camilla brought a rare snuffbox made of Cornish silver from the Royal Collection and a copy of the poet Thomas Gray’s “Elegy in the Country Cemetery.” Queen Consort also joined host Fiona Bruce in Guess the Item.
Saying that she has been a long-time fan of the television show, Camilla said, “I watch it all the time, all the time and all the time. This is my Sunday evening delight.”
Bruce, who has hosted the Antiques Roadshow since 2008, said: “Queen Wife was incredibly fun. She fell in love with everyone, attended the show with pleasure, and communicated with everyone.”
