In 2023, the Victoria’s Secret brand will continue its famous fashion shows. It has been reported demand.
Timothy Johnson, the brand’s chief financial officer, said Victoria’s Secret will spend more money on marketing programs this year.
“We will continue to use marketing spend to invest in the business. Also to support an updated version of our fashion show that will take place later this year,” said Johnson.
Previously, Victoria’s Secret’s top executives had repeatedly stated that the “Angel Show” would return sooner or later, but the event was delayed every year as the company looked for new ways to enhance the brand.
In November 2019, the brand’s annual Victoria’s Secret lingerie fashion show, which has been running since 1995, was cancelled. This came amid a scandal over the connection between the former CEO of the Les Wexner brand and Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of kidnapping underage girls for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
