A member of the South Korean group BTS has become the face of a new advertising campaign for the Louis Vuitton brand. It has been reported WWD.

According to the fashion house, BTS have already become “icons of the 21st century” and J-Hope will be able to “bring the brand’s unique charm and style to the brand’s new development division”.

“Fans around the world love him for his exuberant energy, dance precision, and creative musical vision. A positive image on and off stage allows J-Hope to push artistic boundaries and inspire the international community, Louis Vuitton said in a statement.

Seven-member group BTS became a collective ambassador for the fashion house in 2021, but the contract has since expired. Now team members are signing independent contracts with fashion brands.
