The publication notes that in connection with the vacancy in the French fashion house, the name of the musician has already been given by The Wall Street Journal and Le Figaro. But Louis Vuitton’s press service declined to comment on these assumptions, and Pharrell Williams’ representative did not contact the press.
The designer of the brand’s men’s collection has been vacant since Virgil Abloh, the fashion designer who created the collections for LV, died of cancer in November 2021.
In January 2023, Louis Vuitton presented a collection created by guest designer Colm Dillan, founder of KidSuper, at Men’s Fashion Week.
