Prince Harry told Meghan Markle he was embarrassed to show his Kensington Palace home. It has been reported Mirror.
In his autobiographical book Spare, Prince Harry described how he first brought Meghan Markle to the Nottingham cottage, where she lived for 6 years. According to her, she forewarned her future husband about the “low ceilings of the dollhouse,” and was relieved to realize that Megan had no interest in her modest residence.
“I was happy but embarrassed to welcome Meghan into my home. Knott Cott was not a palace. It was adjacent to the palace – and that’s the best that can be said about her,” said Harry.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry lived together in this house and then moved into the renovated Frogmore Cottage. Later in the Harry and Meghan documentary, the Duchess of Sussex admitted that she finds Nottingham Cottage on the Kensington Palace grounds “too small”.
