According to Mendeleev, natural seafood can replace crab sticks in a traditional salad, making the dish much healthier.
For example, you can put shrimp in a salad instead of crab sticks.
“They are more expensive but much more useful. Shrimp meat is rich in a variety of microelements, rich in proteins, calcium, iodine and magnesium. There is almost no fat in the shrimp, so this ingredient is ideal for losing weight, ”the expert assured.
He noted that the “combination of boiled shrimp, egg, corn, onion, and mayonnaise” would definitely appeal to crab stick salad lovers.
Also, according to Mendeleev, crab sticks can be replaced with squid, octopus and natural crab meat, which will make the dish more expensive, but more refined and healthy.
