Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck visit the $165 million The Manor, built by TV mogul Aaron Spelling in the ’80s. This has been reported daily mail.
As the newspaper noted, the couple had already failed in a deal to buy a Bel Air mansion for $55 million, so the players began searching for a new living space. On Tuesday, April 12, they were spotted near Spelling Manor, also known as The Manor, located in the Los Angeles suburb of Holmby Hills.
The house is considered one of the largest in the region – its total area is 56 thousand square meters. The mansion has 100 garage spaces, 14 bedrooms and 27 bathrooms. Facilities include a bowling alley, cinema, tennis court, hairdresser, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The total area of the property is 4.6 acres.
The last owner of the house was an unidentified buyer from Saudi Arabia who bought the mansion for $120 million.
