Assassin’s Creed Valhalla final update arrives a week early due to ‘animus glitch’

Latest content update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was supposed to be released on December 6, but Ubisoft… decided to release it today. The company joked that this was due to “unexpected crash in Animus“. The update is already available on all platforms.

The update adds new missions that complete Eivor’s (or Eivor’s) story. The hero will meet if “old friends and foes“, as well as new characters – for example, the wife Roshan from the forthcoming Assassin’s Creed Mirage.

The developers also added the ability to always walk in a hood – the function can be found in the settings. And the in-game store gives away a random premium item every week. The full list of changes is here.
