Australian actress Nicole Kidman participated in a charity auction for Broadway Cares / Equity Fights Aids, which is involved in the fight against AIDS. It has been reported Mirror.
The 55-year-old actress became the owner of Hugh Jackman’s straw hat, in which the actor played in the Broadway show The Musician. Nicole Kidman’s move pleased everyone present, as the actress paid $100,000 for the hat.
“I love you, I love Broadway, and I want to say this show is phenomenal,” the actor said from the stage.
Hugh Jackman also thanked Nicole Kidman for her generous donation.
“I have known Nicole for almost 30 years. I’ve worked with him and I can say it’s no surprise. She is one of the most generous people I know. The generosity and love emanating from Nicole Kidman leaves me speechless. Thank you Nick for your friendship and support!” The actor thanked his colleague.
