The popular animated series “The Simpsons” is getting another Halloween episode, which this time will significantly change the drawing style. The network already has a teaser showing what the upcoming series will look like.
It turned out that the episode is a crossover with the anime “Death Note”. It is in this visual style that the series is performed.
The plot will tell about Lisa, who suddenly found the same obituary (in The Simpsons it will be called the “Tom of Death”).

The Korean company DR Movie, which specializes in cartoons and anime, is responsible for the visual. Notably, she previously helped produce the original Death Note.
An anime crossover episode of The Simpsons will air on October 30. In addition, the authors will also release two more unique series, one of which will be a parody of the Wild West World.
By the way, earlier in The Simpsons they parodied the horror movie “It” (the episode is called “Not It”). In this episode, Krusty became the Clown Pennywise.
