As part of the promotional campaign for Doctor Strange: Into the Multiverse of Madness, director Sam Raimi spoke to Fandango about the film. At the end of the conversation, he answered if Marvel fans have a chance to see the new “Spider-Man” with Tobey Maguire (Tobey Maguire).
After working on Doctor Strange, I realized that anything is possible in the Marvel universe. I love Toby. I like Kirsten Dunst. I think anything can happen. I don’t have a story, I don’t have a plan and I don’t know if Marvel wants one now. I don’t know what they think. I didn’t think about the movie. But it sounds tempting. I’d love to work with Toby again, even if it’s not the new Spider-Man.
