Laurence Fishburne, who played Morpheus in The Matrix trilogy, was still watching the fourth part. At the premiere of The School for Good and Evil, the actor spoke about his impressions of the Wachowski sisters’ tape.

Fishburne says he doesn’t feel like he missed the chance to be a part of the iconic franchise again. Recall that in the fourth part the real Morpheus is dead, but his version in the form of AI appears in the movie. He was played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.
