In the cult Soul Reaver, the graphics were upgraded and compared to the 1999 original. Now it’s a complete remaster.

A group of fans develop an unofficial remaster of the cult third-party action adventure game Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, originally released in 1999. Not long ago, enthusiastic Raina Audron showed a gameplay trailer for the project.

The remaster is based on the Dreamcast version of the game released in 2000. Compared to the PlayStation, it has a nicer image.

The authors have completely replaced the original textures with new ones with a higher resolution and improved quality. There is also support for 60 FPS and reworked music. The game requires a Flycast emulator that can handle Dreamcast files.

A fan-made remaster of Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver will be released in the near future. You can follow the project here.

It’s worth noting that Rayna Audron has already released a series of enhanced textures for Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, but the new work is much better, according to the enthusiast.🪄 The neural network transferred the characters of “Harry Potter” to the cyberpunk world
