British model and actress Cara Delevingne bought a house from American comedian Jimmy Fallon for $10.8 million. New York post.
The upcoming deal became known in May when Delevingne signed a contract to buy a four-apartment, three-story home in downtown New York. According to real estate documents found by American journalists, the model is now the official owner of the property.
The house was first put up for sale in early 2021 for $15 million, but eventually the price was lowered.
Fallon outfitted the residence with a large living room, six bedrooms, secret passages, and a staircase that connects several floors. He furnished the building for more than ten years after it was purchased for 850,000 dollars in 2002. The total area of the facilities is 465 m2. m.
The house itself was built in 1883 with terracotta bricks in the English Baroque style.
