There are so many things to do: sitting in the garden, lighting a fire in the evening, walking along the quiet streets. My parents had a country house in Vladimir, and until I was 18 I spent almost all my holidays and weekends there. Then I did not understand why I needed a vegetable garden if I could buy everything in the store, but now I do not discount the idea that I will grow greens. This is a great behavioral activation and grounding option,” the DJ began.

He also noted that he did not act alone, but together with the whole family.

“This means more responsibility and micromanagement. There are also logistics involved in shooting. We are in the process of working on a film about violence and there is still a lot of work ahead and deadlines are approaching. On the one hand, it seems that now I will slow down and completely isolate myself from the family, but I have a feeling that with all the login information I have, I will not sit still at all,” Istomina concluded.
