Empire Magazine revealed another character from Avatar: The Way of the Water by posting two new shots. This time we got to see Kiri, Jake and Neytiri’s adopted daughter. The heroine was played by actress Sigourney Weaver, best known for her role as Ellen Ripley in the Alien film series.
In the first “Avatar” Weaver played the role of Dr. Grace. The heroine died at the end of the film, so the fans did not understand why the actress took part in the filming of the sequel. As it turned out, she played a completely different character.
The second part will be devoted to the history of the Sally family. The events of the picture will take place more than 10 years after the finale of the original. The film’s premiere is scheduled for December 16, 2022.
Earlier, Empire magazine showed a pregnant warrior Ronal of the Metkaina tribe, whose role went to actress Kate Winslet.
