Anagrama publishing house will publish the memoirs gradually. The author of Tavernes de la Valldigna left his memoirs in total six volumes available for publication after his death. The municipality bought the property for 75,000 euros and is still awaiting renovation. This cultural center will be named La llar de la bona lletra after Chirbes’ novel published in 1992. This future cultural center will showcase information about the three authors as well as the environment in which the author grew up.
Municipal representatives and relatives of the author came together in Tavernes in January and determined the cultural project that will manage this house, which has not been inhabited for 30 years.
