this Cartoonist Francisco Martín Morales died this Saturday at the age of 76.According to the news of Ideal newspaper, he started working as a cartoonist.

Known as Martinmorales, this cartoonist and humorist was born in Almería in 1946 and lived in Granada, where he developed all his creative work and lived after studying Journalism in Madrid.

In the 70s he began collaborating with various newspapers such as Nuevo Diario; Daily World; Barcelona World magazine; Thursday and on the OTR news agency.

He later joined the founding of the magazine Por Favor as a partner and later worked for Grupo Z and published his jokes in both magazines and newspapers.

Francisco Martín Morales has exhibited his work at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris and has been awarded various awards including the Valencia Humor Olympiad and the Mingote Prize.

He has been a member of the Granada Academy of Fine Arts since May 2007.
