The developer explained to the artist that such a villa with furniture and full renovation will cost about 150-180 thousand dollars (16-19 million rubles).
Guzeeva admitted that she does not plan to come to Bali more than once a year for two weeks. The developer stated that the villa can be rented and money can be received every month.
