Eight rap songs banned in Russia due to rehabilitation of Nazism 17:58

Moscow Izmailovsky District Court banned eight tracks by rappers OG Buda, Scally Milano, Platinum and Lil Krystall in Russia. This became known from the card index of Moscow courts.

The allegations were submitted by the Izmailovo interregional prosecutor’s office, they were all satisfied.

The court found that in the compositions “Gives” (Scally Milano) and “On Pay” (OG Buda) there was a violation of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the rehabilitation of Nazism.

Rapper Platina’s collaboration on the songs “You’ve got a big ass, I’m in love”, “Bass”, “Santa Claus” and “Opiates Krug” and Lil Krystall’s collaboration with OG Buda “Scam” is a violation of Article Russian Federation Administrative Code on the promotion of narcotic drugs 6.13 of the Crimes Code was found.

Additionally, a Moscow court banned Scally Milano’s song “They Believe and They Don’t Believe”, which she created with Platina, on the grounds that it promoted non-traditional sexual relations.

14 November reportedthat traces of the “cancelled” Scally Milano disappeared from the Russian social network. When you enter the name of the artist in the “Music” section in the search results in VK, the following message appears: “Nothing matching your request was found.” At the same time, if you search for a specific Scally Milano song, the social network fulfills the request.
