The Tagansky Court of Moscow opened an administrative case against actor Semyon Treskunov (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation). This was reported by RIA Novosti.
Treskunov, article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. He was charged under Part 4 of Art. (“Violation of procedure relating to the activities of a foreign agent”). The artist may be given an administrative fine of 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles. The reason for the lawsuit was that a foreign agent was not marked on the actor’s social networks.
Treskunova in October already fine 40 thousand rubles according to the law on foreign agents.
Treskunov received Israeli citizenship in 2022. After the start of SVO he went to Israel and later moved to Spain. Abroad, the actor changed his name to Sam and started managing social networks in English. In March 2024, the Ministry of Justice declared the actor a foreign agent.
In April, Treskunov said he started giving acting lessons in exile. He shared that he provides training for non-professional players. Treskunov shared that his students were working on monologues and recording themselves on camera.
