Famous Russian television presenter Yuri Nikolaev was admitted to intensive care in Moscow, under the supervision of doctors. This was reported by telegram channel SHOT.
According to the channel, the 75-year-old People’s Artist of Russia fell ill on Monday evening, had a very high fever and then fainted.
Arriving at the scene, ambulance officers decided to hospitalize Nikolaev and took him to one of the capital’s hospitals, where he was urgently sent to intensive care.
Currently, doctors are trying to determine the correct diagnosis and causes of fainting. SHOT emphasized that the TV presenter underwent tests and various examinations, but doctors had already excluded the possibility of a heart attack and stroke.
Yuri Nikolaev is best known for his musical television programs: “Morning Mail”, “Morning Star” and “Property of the Republic”.
