Warner Bros. Games is working on a sequel to Hogwarts Legacy and plans to tie it into some of the stories of the Harry Potter series, which is scheduled to debut on HBO in 2026. This was reported by Diversity referring to the company’s president, David Haddad.
The Harry Potter TV series will be one of Warner Bros.’ biggest new projects. Additionally, the cooking show Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking is scheduled to air on the Max streaming service in November.
Following the success of Hogwarts Legacy, which sold more than 30 million copies last month, the company released Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions and is currently prepping remasters of the Lego Harry Potter Collection series. Additionally, Warner Bros. has acquired licenses to develop several mobile games, but the company sees the continuation of Hogwarts Legacy as one of its top priorities.
