Singer Olga Buzova is not embarrassed by the similarity of her new song Made in Russia with Elena Vaenga’s song “I Wish”. At the premiere of the song, which was attended by socialbites.ca, the singer told reporters that the similar sound in the songs is “absolutely normal”, because there are only seven notes.
“I adore Elena. It just so happens that we have seven notes; I was not very familiar with them, but they are there, there are seven of them. And somehow, many compositions in the world can be similar in mood, enthusiasm, melody, tempo. This is absolutely normal. I see absolutely nothing criminal in this. If there is such a comparison, it even flatters me. Not everywhere, someone has heard. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Someone will look and, taking into account her crazy schedule, will say – God, how beautiful she is, what accessories, what a neck, how magnificent she looks. And someone will write something completely different. It’s all a matter of taste. Everyone hears what they hear. And everyone has different hearing, and some don’t have it at all,” he said.
On September 13, Buzova presented a patriotic track called Made in Russia. In the comments, fans compared the star with artists SHAMAN and Elena Vaenga, also noting the similarity of the song’s sound with the latter’s hit “I Wish”.
Previously Buzova statedartists have to survive in an era where they are forbidden from revealing their clothes.
