Yandex Music service blocked A new album by the rap group “Casta” at the request of Roskomnadzor (RKN).
When you go to an album from search services, a notification appears that RKN is blocked. Access to the album is also limited on YouTube Music, but for now it is available on the VK audio service.
“Casta” released the album “New Foreign Rap” on September 9th.
“Perhaps the people, deceived by the regime and poisoned by chauvinism, will one day wake up, sprinkle ashes on their heads, repent, and atone for the suffering and destruction they have suffered. Or they will lock themselves inside until their ears ring and try to convince themselves that they are right,” commented the musicians who left the country after the start of the special military operation in Ukraine at the release of the new album.
The day after the album was released, the activists of the “Veterans of Russia” in the name check if band members receive funding from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, recognize them as foreign agents and block songs.
